I think the EV survey misses a big point-you’re asking current EV owners what their next purchase will be. Most of us EV owners are two car families. If your previous car was an EV, your next car might just be ICE or hybrid. But the car after that will be EV. Anyway, that’s how our family has done it.

I averaged 33 mpg in my Chevy 3.0 diesel for the last complete tank-full. I am so happy with it thus far. I have 60,000 miles on it. I drove all of these trucks before deciding. I agree that the RAM drives nice, but the chevy is also nice. I got the cloth seats which seems to be a little better than the leather for softness.

How do you turn on the tow mode with the duramax 3.0? All I get when I push the button is exhaust brake mode.

The new Hurricane will be a maintenance NIGHTMARE as it ages. It will require expensive maintenance as the turbo age. It will not be a pretty picture, when 4 years old let alone 8.

Buddy went to trade off 22 tundra at local dealer. They didnt want it and low balled him so hard he walked out and is trying to sell privately. No more toyota for him ever

Start stop is not good unless you want to buy a starter every 30-50 k miles for as wear it’s not going to be shut off long enough to cause wear but when it’s hot out , I want my AC it just like the dumb cylinder cut is just junk and if you have this the dealer can turn this off .

Tim these kids are just crazy. Crying over spilt milk that is still in the cow. Yea there is a recall. Yes engines are failing. Yes Toyota is on top of it and are going to fix it. I LOVE my 2024 1794 Limited Edition and will drive it till the wheels fall off. Man up and yes I’m sure my truck will be on the list soon and I’m not worried at all.

HARD pass on new gen Taco (prev gen was stellar). Researched all comparable vehicles and went with Colorado ZR2; VERY impressed with it on/off road.

Previous gen Tundra: Amazing! New gen Tundra: Ugly junk. Tacoma: Wash, rinse, repeat.

Gas gauges never lie, right? So why would this? Only difference would be possibly shelling a fuel pump vs an entire engine. Seems about right for these idiots. They have no situational awareness for who is buying different types of vehicles at all.

Exactly the sensor is fine as long as it has a dipstick. It’s just plain stupidity not to have. Just like no tow hooks on an off-road truck. Which are absolutely necessary on a tundra…

I love Tundras, have owned two. I have zero doubt in my mind that his next Tundra will NOT go a million miles. He is the .000001% of users and the new truck just wasn't meant to run as long. The new truck is a solid vehicle but none of these trucks are meant to run a million miles. That turbo 6 is great for 100K-300K miles which is more than 99% of the people will ever need. They don't have people like Victor is mind when they build the trucks nowadays. It's more about acceleration and fuel economy in order to sell vehicles as this point.

Toyota took the cheap plastic inside the cab and moved it outside and moved the solid body quality on the outside and moved it inside. Side note: there is no cost savings to the customer in price going from a V8 to a V6. Have you seen the prices lately.
